About
Development of a new Storage King facility in Kirrawee, which will accommodate a total of 958 self-storage units, with an average unit size of 9.11m2.
This development is proposed to be undertaken via:
- An Early Works DA encompassing site remediation (positive covenant prior to development), retaining walls, stormwater infrastructure, substructures and lower ground pavements.
- A Main Works CDC for the construction of the new Storage King facility and associated supporting infrastructure.
- A DA encompassing signage works.
- A future DA to uplift Floor to Space Ratio (FSR) and subsequent construction of intermediary floors to create a total of 4 storey self-storage facility.
Plan Project Management was engaged to deliver the development from inception to authority approval stage, including future proofing the initial 2-storey CDC development to facilitate the ultimate 4-storey self-storage facility.
