About
Asset repositioning of a brownfield site into a new Storage King facility, which accommodated a total of 860 storage units and over 8,000m2 of NLA. The development scope includes:
- Demolition and adaptive reuse of an existing building, including internal strip-out, roof and partial façade removal, and extensive make-good works.
- Installation of a mezzanine structure and full internal fitout to accommodate self-storage units.
- Construction of two new ranch-style buildings to support additional storage capacity.
- Construction of a new office and retail space to serve staff and customers which feature a kitchenette, meeting rooms, and amenities.
- Comprehensive site works including new carparking to suit medium rigid vehicles, fencing, signage, and landscaping.
Plan Project Management has led the project from upfront due diligence and concept design through to planning approvals, tendering, and Superintendency for construction phase.
