State Significant Development Application (SSDA) Modification for an approved 45-Megawatt (MW) Apollo Place Data Centre at 1 Apollo Place & 1 Sirius Road, Lane Cove West, encompassing:

  • Reduced building footprint / massing.
  • Revised acoustic mitigation measures (façade, baffle screen upgrades, etc.) to align with MEP design development.
  • Layout adjustments associated with carparking spaces rearrangement, optimised mechanical and water infrastructure, reduction of gantry footprint and removal of link bridge.

Modification has been pursued in response to updated customer requirements, improve site functionality and operational flexibility across the amalgamated site.

Plan Project Management was engaged by the Client as the Project Manager, lead consultant and applicant / proponent for SSDA Modification.
