The Project

AIE Lot 1 is the first warehouse delivered for Aspect Industrial Estate, a 56-hectare development site within the Greater Mamre Road Precinct.

This purpose-built facility for CEVA Logistics is comprised of 20,000sqm of ambient storage, 12,700sqm of temperature-controlled storage, 28 loading docks, 41m super awning, an ancillary office, 3 dock offices and a contemporary façade design. This industrial facility also features 1,510 solar panels / 830kW PV system with a 500kW battery, electric vehicle charging points, rainwater harvesting systems and targeting 5-Star Green Star certification.
