About
Industrial estate development across a 26.7-hectare site (4 lots), comprising 6 buildings with 7 individual warehouse units ranging between c. 4,500sqm to c. 25,000sqm, including ancillary offices. The estate also integrates extensive solar infrastructure, a dedicated 3.6-hectare bush regeneration zone and targets 5-star Green Star Buildings v1 rating.
Infrastructure works comprised of HV (feeder to zone substation and subdivision connections), potable water & sewer, NBN, estate road and associated stormwater network.
The estate development was delivered via Complying Development Certificate (CDC) pathways, which has been staged corresponding to the four lots.
Plan Project Management was engaged to lead the design development, authority approval procurement and Superintendency for the whole industrial estate delivery.
