Eastern Creek Industry Park is a major industrial precinct by ESR Group, currently under construction in Western Sydney. Located in the dynamic Eastern Creek precinct, this estate spans 26.7 hectares, offering more than 95,000 m² of adaptable high-quality warehouse and office space tailored for leading sectors like logistics, e-commerce, and food production. Its strategic proximity to the M4/M7, arterial road network, and Western Sydney Airport underscores its long-term value and connectivity.

As client-side Project Manager and Superintendent for ESR Group, PlanPM is leading the delivery of Eastern Creek Industry Park, overseeing all aspects of this industrial estate development encompassing design development, authority approval under Complying Development pathway, construction phase services and stakeholder coordination (including integrated fitout for committed tenants).

This development is designed with sustainability at its core, to align with ESR Group’s net-zero goals. ESG initiatives include a minimum 4-Star Green Star Buildings V1 rating, extensive solar infrastructure, rainwater recycling systems and bush regeneration across a dedicated 3.6-hectare zone.

This development also features 15m awnings for all weather loading, high clearance warehouses with 14.6m ridge height, 35m wide heavy-duty hardstand, 8 tonne post load for warehouse slabs, ESFR sprinkler system and ancillary two-level offices.
