As part of our broader engagement on ESR’s Eastern Creek Industry Park estate development, our services included the development & integrated fitout of HDS purpose-built facility (c. 21,000 sqm).
Our involvement included the procurement of a CDC to enable construction of a new warehouse development with ancillary offices, as well as a CDC Modification to enable increased number of recessed docks, modifications to dock offices, integrated fitout of HDS’ cold chain facility.
HDS’ fitout comprises 2x freezer, 1x chiller, 1x confectionary, 1x tobacco, 1x ambient storage areas, as well as an ante room, within a 17,100 sqm warehouse GFA.
Plan PM was engaged to lead the design management, base building & fitout coordination and construction phase delivery, in conjunction with the appointed Head Contractor.
