The Project
Situated on a 30,000 sqm site, the development comprises an 18,190sqm warehouse with 725sqm of office space with high-spec amenities.
Comfortably achieving a 5 Star Green Star rating under the latest tool, the facility integrates a 370 kW PV solar system, EV charging stations, and rainwater capture and recycling systems.
Other key features include a 38-metre hardstand, 25-metre cantilevered awning, 5,435 sqm of heavy-duty pavement, extensive landscaping, and 138 car parking spaces—delivering both operational efficiency and environmental performance.

Plan Project Management was engaged to manage the design of, tender, and deliver ISTP’s first warehouse facility under a Complying Development Certificate (CDC).
