State Significant Development Application (SSDA) Modification for the existing 138-Megawatt (MW) Lane Cove West Data Centre at 1 Sirius Road, Lane Cove West, encompassing:

  • Modification of generator testing schedule.
  • Layout adjustments associated with carparking spaces rearrangement, provision of concrete crane pad for plant replacement, realignment of security fencing.

Modification has been pursued in response to updated customer requirements, improve site functionality, operational flexibility & refine building interfaces across the amalgamated site.

Plan Project Management was engaged by the Client as the Project Manager, lead consultant and applicant / proponent for SSDA Modification.
