State Significant Development Application (SSDA) for the staged construction and operation of a 1.2-Gigawatt (GW) Data Centre Campus at 706-752 Mamre Road, Kemps Creek, comprising of:

  • 172,640 sqm of technical data hall floor space, designed to accommodate 26 shells spread across 6 purpose-built buildings (sub parcels A-F).
  • Plant & equipment including 728 cooling units and 846 backup generators.
  • 18,056 kL of onsite fuel storage and 2,652,000 kg of PTU Li-ion battery storage.
  • Site preparation, including earthworks, stormwater, sewer, roads and associated infrastructure.

Plan Project Management was engaged by the Client as the Project Manager, lead consultant and applicant / proponent for this data centre campus SSDA.
