Mirvac – Gilbarco Veeder-Root Integrated Fitout

As part of our wider engagement on Mirvac’s Switchyard Industrial Estate development, our services were also extended to encompass the integrated fitout of Gilbarco Veeder-Root’s purpose built facility in Warehouse 5.

Our involvement required the management of several Development Applications (DA’s). This included the procurement of a DA Modification to enable a substantial mezzanine expansion, increasing GFA from 350 sqm to 1,000 sqm, and associated façade modifications. Additionally, we procured an Amended DA to facilitate ‘general industry’ use to align with Gilbarco’s specific operational needs.

Plan PM led the design management, pricing & construction phase services for the integrated fitout, working closely with key tenant stakeholders to ensure the fitout requirements are coordinated with the base building delivery.

This project highlights our expertise in integrating tailored tenancy fitouts within a broader industrial estate development.
