This development comprises approximately 47,000 sqm of high-specification logistics space across 13 warehouse units, designed to provide flexibility for a broad range of industrial and logistics occupiers. The warehouses incorporate 11-metre internal clear heights, extensive loading capability and flexible tenancy configurations, supporting efficient warehouse operations and the evolving requirements of modern supply chains.
