Plan PM managed the End of Trip refurbishment at 45 Jones Street, Ultimo from early feasibility and planning through to construction delivery. Located within a heritage-listed former woolstore, the project required careful coordination of the new facility within the constraints of an existing, operational commercial asset. Our role included planning advice, consultant procurement and management, design development, cost planning, authority approvals, tendering and contractor appointment.
Working closely with TOGA and the project team, Plan PM coordinated delivery of a premium wellness and End of Trip facility incorporating new change rooms, lockers and showers, bike storage and access infrastructure, a fully equipped gym, yoga studio, golf simulator, infrared saunas and a dedicated sensory room.
The completed facility significantly enhances tenant amenity and workplace wellbeing, supporting TOGA’s broader repositioning of 45 Jones Street as a contemporary commercial offering while retaining the character of one of Ultimo’s landmark heritage buildings.
