Plan PM managed the speculative office fitout at 117 York Street, Sydney from early feasibility and planning through to construction delivery. Our role included coordination of planning advice, procurement and management of the consultant team, design development, cost planning, tender documentation and contractor procurement.
Working closely with TOGA and the project consultants, the design was developed to create a contemporary, flexible and market-ready workplace within an existing CBD asset. Plan PM coordinated the relevant authority approvals and managed the competitive tender process, contractor appointment and construction phase delivery.
The completed fitout provides a high-quality, move-in-ready office environment that enhances the leasing appeal of 117 York Street and supports TOGA’s broader strategy of repositioning and improving the asset.
